ROAD TEST SERVICE |
Whether you took Driver’s
Education here at Middlesex or not,
we are can assist you with taking a road test. We offer daily appointments at
local RMV branches as well weekend appointments as needed.
To Take Your Road Test using a Middlesex Driving Academy
Car
• Send in a completed MDA
Road Test
Sponsorship Form with $100.00. Once received we will book your road test
for you using the information you supplied. As soon as it is booked, you will be
notified as to time, date and location.
To Take Your Road Test On Your Own:
• Call the RMV’s automated service phone number
866-MASSRMV (866-627-7768) to schedule your test. This number and additional
information regarding road tests is in your Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Driver’s Manual or on the RMV’s website:

IMPORTANT:
Whether you take a road test with us or on
your own:
1 – Bring your permit
2 – Bring a completed
RMV Road Test Application
3 - If possible prepay your RMV fees in person at the RMV or on the phone
(857-368-8000) as
they do not currently accept these online. The current fees are:
Road test fee $20.00
Permit to License conversion fee $50.00
